By enrolling in and accessing the Sardar’s Wealth Blueprint Mentorship Program, you acknowledge and agree that all materials, information, resources, and communications provided within the program are intended solely for your personal educational use. This includes, but is not limited to, video trainings, live coaching sessions, recorded sessions, templates, frameworks, strategies, product research methods, store-building guidance, marketing approaches, internal documents, supplier discussions, communication channels such as WhatsApp or Telegram, and any additional proprietary information shared during the mentorship.

All content provided within Sardar’s Wealth Blueprint is protected intellectual property and remains the exclusive property of the program provider. Enrollment grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the materials for learning and implementation purposes only. Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, resell, share, or otherwise disseminate any portion of the program content without prior written permission. This includes screenshots, recordings, downloads, summaries, templates, live session links, internal resources, or confidential communications.

Access credentials are strictly personal and may not be shared with any third party. Participants are not permitted to transfer access, allow others to attend live sessions through their account, or distribute internal program links or materials externally. Any unauthorized sharing, duplication, or redistribution of mentorship content may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

All live sessions, internal communications, shared contacts, strategic frameworks, and proprietary systems discussed during the mentorship are considered confidential. Participants agree to maintain confidentiality and use the information solely for their own learning and business development. Repackaging, reselling, or distributing the program content or proprietary frameworks in any form, whether free or paid, is strictly prohibited.

The mentorship program is designed to provide structured education, strategic guidance, and ongoing support. Individual progress and outcomes may vary depending on personal effort, implementation, market conditions, and external factors. Success depends on your consistency and action, and we are committed to doing our best to guide, support, and assist you throughout the process.

Participants acknowledge that the mentorship includes self-paced training, implementation responsibilities, live sessions, and communication support. Active participation and proper implementation are essential parts of the learning process. Access to training materials, support channels, and mentorship resources constitutes fulfillment of the mentorship delivery.

All sales for the Sardar’s Wealth Blueprint Mentorship Program are final. Due to the immediate access provided to proprietary training materials, resources, and mentorship support, the program operates under a strict no-refund policy. By completing enrollment, you acknowledge and accept that payments made toward the mentorship are non-refundable.

Regarding privacy, any personal information collected during enrollment or participation will be used solely for program communication, support, operational purposes, and mentorship-related activities. Participant information will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties. Members are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants and avoid sharing internal discussions or personal information outside the program environment.

Violation of these guidelines, including unauthorized sharing, misuse of intellectual property, breach of confidentiality, or account misuse, may result in removal from the mentorship program without refund. The program provider reserves the right to take reasonable protective actions to safeguard the integrity of the mentorship and its proprietary materials, including legal measures where necessary.

By accessing the training materials, attending live sessions, participating in communication channels, or continuing within the mentorship program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to follow these participation guidelines. Continued participation indicates acceptance of these policies and commitment to maintaining a respectful and professional learning environment.
